Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions:

Delivery Policy:

MedAssure provides same day delivery in the Phoenix Metro Area. Delivery outside this area will be scheduled promptly.

Fax Orders:

You may fax an order anytime to our fax line:  (602) 454-6306.

After hours faxes will be processed the next business day.

Special Orders:

If we do not have what you want in stock, we will order it at no additional charge.

Return Goods Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return an item within three days.

Special orders are subject to a restocking fee.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

We also bill Medicare, BCBS and most secondary insurances.

Monthly billing and yearly statements avilable upon request.
